AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Designer to lead ecommerce websites, web and mobile apps, and brand identity work for Fortune 500 clients. You will move between wireframes, user flows, and polished visuals, applying ecommerce best practices across deliverables.

You will present decisions to clients and mentor junior designers. You will collaborate with in‑house and freelance designers, estimate project timelines, and explore new tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency.

Formación

• 4+ years of digital design experience.
• Strong visual design aesthetic and conceptual thinking.
• Experience designing for omnichannel including Amazon A+ Creative, email, social, and campaigns.
• Solid working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts.
• Map designs to the client’s goals, audience, and verticals.
• Maintain high standards and ensure only the best work is shared with the client.
• Advise clients on industry best practices when appropriate.
• Accurately estimate time to complete work.
• Continually experiment with new tools and technologies.
• Research and provide strategic, goal-driven solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with other designers (in-house and freelance).
• Provide constructive feedback to team members during presentations.
• Mentor junior designers and interns.
• Proactively explore new tools and AI workflows.
