AgileEngine in the United States is seeking a Senior Designer to lead ecommerce websites, web and mobile apps, and brand identity work for CPG clients. This role requires moving fluidly between wireframes, user flows, and polished visual design, applying ecommerce best practices across every deliverable.

Presenting decisions to clients, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with in-house and freelance teams will be part of the day-to-day, with opportunities to leverage AI-driven

Formación

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design or similar discipline required.
• 4+ years of digital design experience with agency experience preferred.
• Strong visual design aesthetic and conceptual thinking for web and mobile experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts.
• Create designs that map to client goals, audience, and verticals.
• Maintain high standards and deliver only the best work to clients.
• Advise clients on industry best practices when appropriate.
• Accurately estimate time to complete work.
• Experiment with new tools and technologies.
• Provide strategic, goal-driven solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with designers in-house and freelance.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops, contributing to discussions.
• Provide feedback to team members during presentations.
• Mentor junior designers and interns.
• Explore new tools and AI-enhanced workflows.
