AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Designer to lead e‑commerce websites, web and mobile apps, and brand identity work for CPG clients. You’ll move fluidly between wireframes, user flows, and polished visual design, applying ecommerce best practices across every deliverable.

Comfort presenting decisions to clients and mentoring junior designers completes the role. Collaborate with in‑house and freelance designers, stay current with new tools, and use AI to improve workflow efficiency.

Formación

• Strong visual design aesthetic with mastery of layout, navigation, typography, colors, and image composition for web/mobile.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to articulate design decisions to clients and team.
• 4+ years of digital design experience; agency experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; HTML/CSS familiarity a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts for ecommerce and brand work.
• Lead design across web, mobile apps, and campaigns aligned to client goals and audience.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with in‑house and freelance teammates.
• Present decisions to clients and contribute to workshops and meetings.
