Job summary

TIDAL is hiring a Senior Demand Planner to own end-to-end demand planning for an omnichannel consumer products business. You will forecast at SKU-, category-, and company-level, integrating historical sales, seasonality, and promos to inform inventory and purchasing decisions.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to align forecasts with targets, monitor KPI performance, and continuously improve forecasting methods in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in demand planning or related analytical function.
• Experience in omnichannel product businesses (eCommerce, retail, wholesale).
• Strong understanding of SKU-level forecasting and inventory planning.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with large datasets and planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain SKU-, category-, and company-level demand forecasts.
• Reconcile top-down targets with bottom-up forecasts and monitor KPI accuracy.
• Translate forecasts into inventory requirements and purchasing recommendations.
• Partner with Supply Chain to improve product availability and reduce stockouts.
• Own the demand planning component of S&OP with cross-functional teams.
• Build forecasting models, dashboards, and reports for leadership.
