Job summary

Natura Cosméticos Ltda. (Colombia) seeks a skilled Demand Planning Analyst to translate commercial strategy into accurate sales projections for assigned categories in the Andean market.

You will become the expert in forecasting, trends, seasonality, and stock visibility across the planning horizon. The role requires 1–3 years in demand planning, strong data analytics, and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Administration, Data Engineering or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in Demand Planning, data analytics and forecasting models.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail or Direct Sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand for assigned categories in the Andean Market, integrating promotions, seasonality, historical data and probabilistic models.
• Lead demand governance meetings with key stakeholders and ensure system data loads for synchronized supply chain.
• Analyze forecast bias and deviations to propose mitigation plans and continuous improvement.
• Prepare executive reports for boards and committees, presenting scenarios and business impacts.
