• 7+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Lead demand planning and forecasting activities.
• Develop and improve short- and mid-term demand forecasts.
• Analyze demand trends and improve forecast accuracy.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Support inventory, production, and financial planning.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Leverage advanced Excel and ERP/MRP data for planning and analysis.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and forecasting processes.
• Use AI-driven tools to improve planning and business analysis.
• Support S&OP / IBP processes.
