Job summary

Forte in Medellín is seeking a senior delivery leader to own multi-year, government-funded programs from enrollment through payment trigger. You will manage providers, client relationships, evidence, and outcomes, while setting standards for Delivery PMs and driving automation with AI.

You will travel up to 50% and coordinate complex stakeholder groups, delivering on schedule and audit-ready reporting in a dynamic, equity-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Senior delivery management experience leading large, multi-stakeholder programs end to end.
• Experience delivering under government contracts with audits and reporting.
• Fluent professional English and Spanish.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage tough conversations.
• High attention to detail and dependable outputs.
• Daily use of AI tools to streamline work.
• Based in Medellín with a valid US visa and travel up to 50%.
• Preference for proven track record over formal qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned programs: enrollment, training execution, provider supervision, evidence collection, and outcome reporting.
• Lead client relationship; run meetings, presentations, and challenging discussions.
• Coordinate training providers and ensure contract terms and quality standards.
• Manage evidence and reporting for outcome-based payments; delivery quality equals revenue.
• Set standards for Delivery PMs on active programs.
• Leverage AI tools to increase program efficiency and seek further automation.
• Travel to client sites up to 50% of the time.
