Factored is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact, complex projects remotely. You will drive cross-functional alignment, manage scope, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with a focus on client satisfaction and governance.

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years in program management, strong leadership, and deep experience with Jira/Asana/Monday.com in a fast-paced, distributed team. English fluency required; LATAM talent is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 7–10+ years leading large cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project management and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery from scope to final release.
• Define measurable goals with senior leadership and ensure delivery.
• Serve as single client go‑to person across lifecycle and manage risks.
