Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst, Data Collections Programs within the Enterprise Data Quality team. You will drive reporting, compliance, and program management, collaborating with Product, Data, Customer Success, Pricing, and Engineering to deliver insights and optimize data quality across the organization.

You will develop requirements, manage plans, and guide multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, contributing to strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• Experience delivering reporting solutions and data quality programs in a large enterprise

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of reporting and compliance initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate requirements and specifications
• Develop project plans and drive delivery of small to medium initiatives
• Create and maintain business, process, and functional documentation
• Monitor program progress, risks and milestones
• Generate insights to support customer outreach and program performance
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution
• Support reporting and analytics initiatives to improve data quality and visibility
