Mastercard Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst, AI & Data Governance to enable enterprise data governance through a federated stewardship model. You will assess readiness, mature the governance framework, and support data stewardship across business domains and teams.

The role requires translating policies into practical procedures, partnering with Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit, and building stewardship playbooks to ensure consistent governance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field; CDMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data governance and data management principles and methodologies.
• Ability to translate policy and standards into practical procedures and monitoring activities.

Responsabilités

• Assess data governance readiness and maturity of business teams and data domains, tracking metrics and identifying gaps.
• Prepare governance readiness reporting for leadership, highlighting trends, risks and actions.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Internal Audit to support control testing and audits.
