Mastercard is seeking a collaborative Manager of Data Enablement to shape how governed, contextual data supports AI-driven products, services, and analytics. You will translate business priorities into scalable data product requirements, advance governance, and partner across engineering and product teams to deliver data management capabilities.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in shaping and delivering enterprise data, analytics, governance, AI, or technology products that produce measurable business outcomes.
Strong analytical leadership with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear business insights and decisions and measure adoption and value.
Deep knowledge of data governance and management, including metadata, data quality, stewardship, data products, contracts, semantic layers, and lineage.

Responsibilities

Translate business priorities and customer needs into scalable data product requirements, governance, metadata, and AI governance.
Advance the data product operating model and governance framework to promote enterprise reuse, consistency, and standardization.
Partner with engineering, platform, architecture, and product teams to prioritize and deliver data management and governance capabilities.
Apply AI and workflow automation to streamline governance, stewardship, intake, documentation, reporting, and decision support.
