Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency (C1+), spoken and written.
• Strong technical depth in data and analytics environments.
• Experience managing data-related projects with value-based prioritization and risk management.
• Proven experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services, DBT and Snowflake in data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Data Lifecycle Management: manage data from generation to enablement for analytics.
• Data Architecture & Infrastructure: understand and influence data storage, integrations, and analytics platforms.
• Task Prioritization & Roadmap: define priorities and roadmap with stakeholders.
• Data Profiling: analyze data types, relationships, patterns, and trends.
• Requirements Definition: document data requirements for consumption.
• Business Process Alignment: align data work with business workflows.
• Validation: test products with users using data-backed metrics.
• Performance Analysis: monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
• AI-Enabled Delivery: incorporate AI to speed up delivery.
• Team Leadership: lead cross-functional teams and develop data talent.
