HubSpot, a leader in inbound marketing, sales, and customer success, is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for its Partner Systems & Automation team. You will own cross-functional automation projects, design scalable solutions, and partner with Operations, Engineering, and Analytics to deliver measurable impact.

You will work with SQL, REST APIs, Python, and JSON to understand and extend complex systems, prototype AI-assisted workflows, and ensure production readiness.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping production systems such as business systems or internal tools.
• Strong fluency with SQL, REST APIs, Python, and JSON for diagnosing and extending systems.
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools (Workato, Zapier, Boomi) across multi-step automations.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of complex, cross-functional automation and systems work across Partner Systems & Automation.
• Identify inefficiencies and root causes, then design, build, test, and ship solutions.
• Prototype AI-assisted workflows and automation agents, iterating based on usage data.
