SoftServe is seeking an experienced Data Platform Engineer to contribute to a scalable GTM data platform. You will build pipelines across Snowflake, GCP, and Salesforce, ensure data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate GTM needs into practical data solutions.

The role focuses on data modeling, CRM data assets, and performance optimization of ETL/ELT workflows using modern tooling. Experience with Salesforce data ecosystems and data enrichment platforms is a plus.

Formación

• Strong experience with SQL and Snowflake for data transformation, modeling, and analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for data processing and transformation workflows.
• Hands-on experience building ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt, Airflow, or similar data engineering tools.
• Practical experience with GCP or AWS data platforms and cloud-based data engineering solutions.
• Solid understanding of CRM data models, including leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
• Exposure to Salesforce SOQL, Salesforce Data Cloud, or Salesforce data models (as a plus).
• Familiarity with data enrichment platforms such as ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), or similar solutions (as an advantage).

Responsabilidades

• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines across Snowflake, GCP, and Salesforce Data Cloud to support GTM operations.
• Own the development and maintenance of reliable ETL/ELT workflows, ensuring data availability, quality, and efficient processing.
• Collaborate with engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to translate GTM requirements into practical data solutions.
• Model and maintain data assets covering advertiser identity, lead enrichment, revenue, customer, and CRM data.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data transformation, reporting, analytics, and downstream consumption.
• Implement data quality controls, validation processes, and schema consistency across GTM data marts.
• Support ongoing platform enhancements, troubleshooting, and optimization to improve reliability and performance.
