BairesDev is seeking a Lead Data Engineer (Snowflake) to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines in a cloud-first environment. You will own streaming and batch processing, ensuring data availability for analytics across enterprise systems.

5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related field.
Proficient in Python and GCP services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub).
Experience designing streaming data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
Strong workflow orchestration with Airflow/Cloud Composer and data modeling for analytics.
Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

Design, implement, and maintain highly scalable batch and streaming data pipelines.
Architect and optimize robust ETL/ELT workflows utilizing cloud-native services and orchestrators.
Develop and optimize high-performance data models tailored for downstream analytical use cases.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate diverse datasets and establish data quality standards.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve pipeline performance to guarantee efficiency and reliability.
