BairesDev is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize data pipelines on GCP using Python. You will drive scalable streaming and batch processing and ensure data availability across a modern cloud environment.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate diverse datasets, establish data quality standards, and develop high-performance data models for analytics, all within a fully remote, flexible work setup.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on Python and GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub).
• Experience designing streaming data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
• Strong understanding of workflow orchestration (Airflow/Cloud Composer) and analytics data modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain highly scalable batch and streaming data pipelines.
• Architect and optimize robust ETL/ELT workflows using cloud-native services.
• Develop and optimize data models for downstream analytics use cases.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate diverse datasets and ensure data quality.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve pipeline performance for efficiency and reliability.
