BairesDev is a global remote-first tech company delivering cutting-edge data solutions. We seek a Senior Data Engineer to build scalable, production-grade data pipelines using Python and to bridge raw data with analytics across our cloud infrastructure.

You will work with a diverse team on ELT/ETL pipelines, data modeling with SQL and dbt, and ensure data quality. Excellent English and experience with modern data tools are essential.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise building scalable data pipelines with Python.
• Advanced SQL for data transformation and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with dbt and AWS.
• CI/CD and Git proficiency.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement robust ELT/ETL pipelines to automate data ingestion and transformation.
• Develop data models and transformation layers using SQL and dbt to support advanced analytics.
• Optimize pipeline performance and scalability to handle large-scale datasets within AWS environments.
• Integrate modern data tools and CI/CD practices to streamline development and deployment workflows.
• Ensure data integrity and reliability through automated testing, validation, and proactive monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient technical data architectures.
