Join BairesDev as a Senior Data Engineer (GCP, Python) to design and optimize scalable data pipelines for analytics. Work remotely with a global team and influence data quality and architecture across products.

You will leverage BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Airflow to build robust ETL/ELT workflows and data models. The role offers flexible schedules, a home-office setup, and competitive compensation in USD or local currency.

Formación

5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related field.
Strong hands-on experience with Python and GCP services like BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.
Proven expertise in streaming data pipelines and robust ETL/ELT workflows.
Solid understanding of Airflow/Cloud Composer and analytics data modeling.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

Design, implement, and maintain highly scalable batch and streaming data pipelines.
Architect and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using cloud-native services and orchestrators.
Develop and optimize high-performance data models for downstream analytics.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate diverse datasets and establish data quality standards.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve pipeline performance to guarantee efficiency and reliability.
