AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Data and Analytics Engineer to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate data needs into transformations using dbt and SQL. This full-time role is based in Pereira, Risaralda, Colombia, contributing to data features and scalable pipelines across business verticals.

You will model data, integrate revenue and performance data from multiple platforms, and work with product managers to deliver consumption-ready data.

Formación

• 4+ years in data or analytics engineering in production.
• Expert-level Python and SQL skills.
• Extensive hands-on experience with dbt Cloud.
• Strong cloud data platform experience (Snowflake).
• Proficiency with GitHub and VS Code.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders and product managers.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver robust data features and pipelines using dbt and SQL.
• Translate business use cases into robust data models.
• Build and maintain scalable pipelines with Snowflake, dbt Cloud, GitHub, and VS Code.
• Leverage AI tools in the development workflow and governance.
• Collaborate with product managers and analysts to deliver consumption-ready data.
