Formación

• Minimum diploma or higher; Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of related field experience preferred, fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong English and local market language communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent support to customers via all relevant channels.
• Identify customer needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and follow-up with partners and internal teams.
