Syneos Health is seeking a Sr CTM assigned to client LATAM with USA/local scope, supporting Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Colombia. Remote work is available with possible travel.

The role focuses on site management oversight, clinical and central monitoring, patient safety and data integrity across trials. You will lead cross-functional teams, review budgets, implement risk mitigation, and ensure regulatory alignment with GCP/ICH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams in achieving project milestones.
• Experience working in an international environment and with cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in site management and monitoring (clinical or central).
• Knowledge of risk-based monitoring and regulatory requirements (GCP/ICH).
• Strong communication, problem solving and budget management skills.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for site management oversight, clinical monitoring and central monitoring deliverables with a focus on patient safety, protocol/GCP/regulatory compliance and data integrity.
• Oversees site interactions post activation through site closeout, including patient recruitment and investigator payments.
• Mentions and mitigates risks using RACT and monitoring plans, with escalation when needed.
• Reviews study scope, budget and protocol content to ensure contractual obligations are clear for CRAs and central monitors.
• Collaborates with functional leaders to coordinate handoffs and achieve milestones such as site activation and database lock timelines.
• Develops and maintains clinical study tools and templates, including CMP/SMP, and oversees CTMS and UAT.
• Coordinates training for the study team on protocol specifics, CRF completion, dashboards and SOPs.
