Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an experienced Senior CRA/CTM to lead regional site management, ensuring high-quality, timely clinical deliverables across studies in Colombia. You will coordinate a team of clinical staff and work with sponsors to meet study goals.

The role requires travel, strong English communication, and deep knowledge of ICH/FDA guidance with remote leadership capabilities and a patient-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Senior Clinical Research Associate or equivalent.
• Travel and valid passport required.
• Promotion based on competency and responsibility, not years.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of site management activities within a geographic region.
• Ensure site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out per protocol and SOPs.
• Maintain overall quality and timeliness of clinical deliverables for programs.
