IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, working remotely to oversee global clinical monitoring deliverables. You will lead a team, identify risks, and ensure adherence to protocol, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines across multiple studies.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead capacity, and strong English communication. You will mentor staff, develop monitoring strategies, and contribute to analytics and continuous process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements; i.e., ICH GCP and local laws.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead when assigned; manage IP, risk mitigation, and study milestones.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with Project/Clinical Operations teams.
• Develop analytics strategy, study metrics, and RBM tools; ensure audit-ready documentation.
