Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Colombia is seeking a Global Site Activation Manager for LATAM with a global scope. You will lead Site Start-Up deliverables, ensure activation-ready sites on time and in scope, and mentor junior SSU staff.

The role requires a minimum of 3–4 years in SSU/activation within CROs, strong English, and proven project management and regulatory experience across countries. You will collaborate across BD, PM, and clinical teams and manage timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; higher degree preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Experience in site activation/start-up within CROs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site Start-Up deliverables with global scope and ensure activation-ready sites on time and within budget.
• Mentor and oversee SSU staff, coordinating with PM, clinical, data management and other functions.
• Develop SSU timelines, manage regulatory submissions, and monitor risks and milestones.
