IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to work remotely across multiple Latin American sites. This senior role partners with project and clinical leads to drive delivery, quality, and cost efficiency in line with IQVIA SOPs and regulatory standards.

You will guide the Centralized Monitoring team, ensure robust RBM practices, and mentor junior staff while maintaining audit-ready documentation and global collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience with ICH GCP knowledge.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead when needed and manage IP-related issues.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, Clinical Trial Assistants).
• Monitor study/site metrics and trend analysis; develop action plans.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and monitoring triggers/thresholds.
• Attend study team and client meetings; provide inputs for decision making.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure audit readiness with eTMF oversight.
