Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc seeks an accomplished Conversational AI Architect to design, build, and launch advanced agentic AI platforms that connect Generative AI models to complex enterprise systems. You will author production-ready code and direct multi-agent workflow coordination using Gemini CX and Vertex AI Agent Builder.

Responsibilities include managing secure data pipelines with MCP, Cloud Run, and BigQuery, applying strict IAM controls, and rolling out Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant practical experience in Conversational AI architecture or equivalent role.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch agentic AI platforms for enterprise systems.
• Coordinate multi-agent workflows using Gemini CX / Vertex AI Agent Builder.
• Administer state machines via Dialogflow CX and secure backend integrations with Cloud Run/Functions.
