Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a high-caliber Forward Deployed Engineer / Conversational AI Architect to design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems spanning Gemini CX, Vertex AI, and Dialogflow CX. You will implement secure data pipelines, state machines, and enterprise integrations across CRMs, ERPs, and databases.

You will lead hybrid conversational workflows, ensure scalable production-grade code, and drive telemetry and containment reporting using BigQuery and Looker Studio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level roles.
• Deep hands-on experience with Google Cloud AI ecosystem, Gemini CX, CCAI, and AAM framework.
• Strong programming in Python or Node.js and automation scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy autonomous multi-agent systems using Gemini CX and Vertex AI Agent Studio.
• Orchestrate hybrid conversational workflows with Dialogflow CX state tracking.
• Build, optimize and maintain RAG pipelines using Vertex AI Search for grounding in enterprise knowledge bases.
• Develop secure backend integrations, connectors, and webhooks with Cloud Run/Functions and MCP.
• Enforce data security and IAM least-privilege boundaries across enterprise environments.

We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) / Conversational AI Architect to design, build, and deploy next-generation agentic AI systems. In this role, you will act as the engineering bridge between frontier Generative AI models and complex enterprise production infrastructure.
