Salesforce is seeking a Consumption Lead for Data Cloud & Agentforce in Medellín. You will partner with top customers to accelerate consumption, drive Data Cloud adoption, and guide executive-level conversations on strategy and governance.

This IC role emphasizes deep technical and commercial acumen across data, AI/ML, and CRM ecosystems. You will work-office flexible, with a requirement to be in-office 2 days a week when local to an office, delivering measurable value and growth for strategic

Formación

• 7+ years in customer-facing solutioning for Data, Analytics, AI, and CRM.
• Technical qualifications in CRM, Data Architecture, and AI/ML with experience engaging with C-level executives.
• Strong communication skills to drive conversations at the C-level and handle objections.
• Proven trusted-advisor with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience driving customer success in large, complex organizations.
• Deep understanding of industry use cases, data architectures, and integration patterns.
• Influence and leadership to drive change in large organizations.
• Curiosity for emerging AI technologies and ongoing learning.
• Proactive, self-starting with ability to work remotely with customers.
• Commitment to data ethics and privacy.
• Hands-on product development experience (0-1) in startups or large companies.
• Strong workshop and whiteboarding facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud & Agentforce implementations and evangelize capabilities.
• Engage with strategic customers to understand goals and accelerate consumption.
• Drive scalable consumption, ACV growth, and customer success.
• Lead discovery conversations to identify client needs and craft solutions.
• Guide org strategy, governance, and change management processes for customers.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and apply platform features to customer priorities.
• Identify risks and work with account teams to mitigate them.
• Produce an adoption path with current and target states and timelines.
• Deliver value by understanding customer challenges and growth potential.
• Build executive relationships with IT and business leadership.
• Collaborate with Salesforce teams to accelerate adoption and growth.
• Coordinate with sales and field engineering for broader adoption.
