Salesforce is seeking a Consumption Lead for Data Cloud & Agentforce to drive adoption and success across large accounts. You will serve as a post-sale technical lead, align with executives, and partner with account teams to accelerate consumption.

This office-flexible role requires in-depth data architecture knowledge, AI/ML familiarity, and ability to influence at the C-level while guiding governance and change management.

Formación

• 7+ years in customer-facing solutioning for Data, Analytics, AI, and CRM.
• Experience with executive engagement and strategic account management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills at C-level.
• Deep knowledge of data architectures and modern analytics platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer Salesforce Data Cloud & Agentforce implementation and evangelize capabilities.
• Engage strategic customers to accelerate consumption and achieve business objectives.
• Drive operational excellence to scalable consumption and renewals.
• Lead discovery to uncover client needs and tailor solutions.
• Guide org strategy, governance, and change management processes.
• Demonstrate hands-on product knowledge applying platform features to priorities.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Develop adoption paths with current and target state timelines.
• Deliver value by addressing key business challenges and growth opportunities.
• Build executive relationships with IT and business sponsors.
• Network within accounts to help customers reach goals.
• Recommend additional Salesforce services as needed.
• Communicate product changes and outages proactively.
• Collaborate with product teams to voice customer feedback.
• Work with sales and field engineering to accelerate adoption and growth.
