F.H. Paschen seeks a seasoned construction manager to lead project teams, oversee budgets, staffing, and office- and field-level operations. You will supervise multiple project roles and coordinate with the VP to ensure schedules and profitability.

Qualifications include a B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering and at least 10 years of construction experience with a general contractor. Strong leadership, budgeting, and scheduling skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years construction experience.
• Experience with a general contractor managing projects or programs.
• Ability to manage project and personnel simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management.
• Computer skills, scheduling and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop plan and direct overall activities to achieve construction objectives.
• Responsible for budgeting, production planning and staffing.
• Plan, organize and staff office and field positions.
• Supervise Project Manager(s), Asst. Project Manager(s), Project Engineer(s) and administrative staff.
• Ensure projects are on schedule and meet owner expectations.
• Train and develop personnel assigned to the office.
