WSP is a leading global professional services firm seeking a Financial Project Manager to lead the financial aspects of strategic projects from initiation through completion. This role focuses on budget management, forecasting, financial controls, cash flow monitoring, and reporting processes that support business objectives and project success.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Financial Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA in Finance, Business Administration (MBA), Project Management, or related discipline is highly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in project financial management, financial PMO environments, project controls, or similar leadership roles.
• Experience in engineering, infrastructure, construction, consulting, or professional services organizations.
• Advanced Excel skills and Power BI proficiency; ERP systems experience (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the financial planning, management, and control of projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Oversee project revenues, costs, margins, profitability, and cash flow performance.
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure project financial objectives and contractual requirements are achieved.
• Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual project financial review processes.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to senior leadership.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs to evaluate project health and performance.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and develop mitigation and optimization strategies.
• Coordinate and provide guidance to Project Controllers and Financial Analysts on project financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Support strategic planning, portfolio analysis, and business decision-making initiatives.
• Develop financial models, forecasting tools, and scenario analyses to support project and business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and financial process optimization across the organization.
