F.H. Paschen is seeking a Project Engineer to assist the project manager with documentation, cost control, scheduling, and on-site construction supervision. The candidate should handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and use construction software such as Blue Beam, Revit, AutoCAD, Procore, and MS Office. A 1-3 year background in project coordination or engineering is preferred.

Formación

• B.S. in Construction Management, Mechanical, Industrial or Civil Engineering, or a related built-environment degree.
• 1–3 years of on-the-job experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager.
• Experience with construction technology such as Blue Beam, Revit, AutoCAD, Procore and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with on-site management to ensure project success.
• Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines.
• Responsible for RFI and submittal process.
• Processes owner billings and project related accounting issues.
