Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior point of contact for tenant and property-related matters.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, bookkeeping, maintenance, and physical property management teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure operations meet portfolio objectives.
• Identify cost savings in property operating expenses.
• Document and improve workflows across property management, leasing, maintenance, and reporting.
• Evaluate and implement new property management, reporting, AI, and automation tools.
