This role involves drafting proposals, negotiating with stakeholders, and tracking profitability while maintaining client communication. Candidates should have a valid U.S. visa, previous experience in related industries, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. • Draft clear, competitive proposals and budgets.
• Negotiate scope, timelines, and pricing until sign-off.
• Launch and steer operations, meeting deadlines and quality targets.
• Track project P&L, flag variances, protect margins.
• Keep clients informed, move invoices, and maintain flawless documentation.
• Report weekly on pipeline, performance, and forecasts, recommending improvements.

You’ll convert incident reports (water, fire, mold, natural disasters) into profitable projects and fast, clean claim closures. Acting as the link between field crews, finance/claims, and clients, you will:

Scout new business from industry reports and partners.

Draft clear, competitive proposals and budgets.

Negotiate scope, timelines, and pricing until everyone signs.

Launch and steer operations, hitting deadlines and quality targets.

Track project P&L, flag variances, and protect margins.

Keep clients informed, invoices moving, and documentation flawless.

Report weekly on pipeline, performance, and forecasts, recommending improvements.

Must-Have Requirements

• Valid U.S. visa and willingness to travel whenever projects demand it.
• Previous work at mitigation, restoration, or insurance-claims companies.
• Proven experience supporting teams remotely (proposals, coordination, pipeline tracking).
• Fluent English & Spanish for clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
