Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) is seeking a Senior Client Operations Analyst to support financial and operational management of client accounts in a dynamic media and advertising environment.

The role requires a strong finance background and experience or working knowledge of media/digital advertising. You will collaborate with Finance, Media, and Client teams across international markets to ensure accurate, timely processes and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Client Operations, or related areas.
• Strong billing, invoicing, reconciliations, payments, and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with clients or external stakeholders.
• Media/digital advertising knowledge required.
• Proficient Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and data analysis.
• English B2+ or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate financial and operational processes for client accounts.
• Support billing, invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Work with Finance, Media, Operations, and Client teams for timely execution.
• Act as main contact for clients, handling inquiries and requests.
• Review financial data to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities.
• Support media billing, media spend, campaign financials, and client reporting.
• Monitor deadlines, SLAs, and deliverables for operational excellence.
• Analyze large data sets and prepare reports using Excel.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across markets and teams.
• Identify process improvements and propose solutions.
• Ensure accuracy and quality across financial and operational deliverables.

We are looking for a Senior Client Operations Analyst to join our team and support the financial and operational management of client accounts within a dynamic media and advertising environment.

This role combines Finance, Client Operations, and Media, so we are looking for someone with a strong financial background who also has previous experience or working knowledge of the media / digital advertising industry.

The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, client-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, processes, and priorities in an international environment.

What will you do?

• Manage and coordinate financial and operational processes for client accounts.
• Support billing, invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.
• Work closely with Finance, Media, Operations, and Client teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of processes.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, follow-ups, and operational requests.
• Review financial information and identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support processes related to media billing, media spend, campaign-related financial information, and client reporting.
• Monitor deadlines, deliverables, SLAs to ensure operational excellence.
• Analyze large volumes of data and prepare reports using Excel.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different markets and teams.
• Identify process improvements and proactively propose solutions.
• Ensure accuracy and quality across all financial and operational deliverables.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Client Operations, Business Operations, Billing, or a related area.
• Strong experience with billing, invoicing, reconciliations, payments, and financial reporting.
• Previous experience working directly with clients and/or external stakeholders.
• Previous experience or working knowledge of Media, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Media Operations is required.
• Basic understanding of concepts such as media campaigns, media spend, digital advertising, media billing, or campaign performance.
• Intermediate-Advanced or Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with high volumes of information.
• English B2+ / Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Experience working with international clients or global teams is a plus.
