BrandBuilding.com seeks an experienced bookkeeper to manage a portfolio of e-commerce and B2B service entities. The role focuses on recurring bookkeeping, monthly close, and keeping books accurate with limited supervision.

You will handle reconciliations, AR/AP, GL entries, invoicing, depreciation, inventory valuation, intercompany billing, and year-end prep, collaborating with leadership and accounting partners.

Formación

• Previous professional bookkeeping experience is required.
• Strong understanding of month-end processes and bookkeeping principles.
• Ability to manage bookkeeping across multiple entities independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of recurring bookkeeping and monthly close across multiple entities.
• Categorize transactions and perform bank/credit card reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable; issue invoices and track payments.
• Maintain general ledger and prepare journal entries; assist with depreciation and asset changes.
• Support inventory valuation, COGS mapping, landed-cost and SKU-level calculations.
• Assist with intercompany billing and cross-entity allocations; prepare for year-end review.
