Pearster is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team in a remote, contract-friendly role. You'll maintain records, support day-to-day accounting, and help ensure financial health and compliance.

With 5+ years experience and proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, and Excel, you will manage ledgers, perform reconciliations, generate reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep financial data accurate for international clients.

Formación

• 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and organization; strong teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Record and manage financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial ledgers.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Track expenses, categorize transactions, support budgeting.
• Assist with tax preparation and financial documentation.
