Job summary

Galstyan Law Firm, a Los Angeles personal injury practice, is seeking an experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager to join our remote Colombia team. You will manage an active caseload from intake through settlement, coordinating with attorneys and clients in English and Spanish.

This fully remote role requires superb organization, proactive follow-up, and clear communication with injured clients. You will track medical records, prepare case summaries, and assist with demand packages

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in personal injury case management, litigation support, or a similar role.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Native or highly fluent Spanish.
• Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professional and empathetic communication style.
• Reliable internet connection and professional home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor a portfolio of personal injury cases.
• Maintain frequent communication with clients in English and Spanish.
• Track medical treatment, appointments, referrals, and gaps in treatment.
• Follow up with clients regarding medical care and case-related documentation.
• Request and organize medical records and medical bills.
• Track outstanding records, bills, liens, and insurance information.
• Communicate with medical providers and other third parties.
• Assist with insurance and claims-related follow-up under attorney supervision.
• Maintain accurate and current information in the firm’s case-management system.
• Prepare case summaries, treatment chronologies, and damages summaries.
• Assist attorneys with preparation of demand packages.
• Identify missing information, potential case issues, and important deadlines.
• Coordinate with attorneys, legal assistants, clients, medical providers, and insurance representatives.
• Help ensure cases move efficiently toward settlement.
• Maintain detailed notes of all client and third-party communications.
• Escalate significant legal, medical, liability, or client issues to supervising attorneys.

Compensation

$800-1,100 USD/month, depending on experience

We are a growing Los Angeles personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager to join our remote team in Colombia.

You will work directly with our attorneys and legal team to manage an active caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement.

Strongly Preferred

• Experience working for a U.S. personal injury law firm
• Experience with California personal injury cases
• Familiarity with medical records, medical billing, liens, insurance claims, and demand packages
• Experience with Clio, Filevine, Litify, MyCase, or similar legal case-management software
• Previous experience communicating directly with U.S. clients
• Experience working Los Angeles or U.S. business hours
