Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports from large datasets, delivering clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will work across analytics, data engineering, and customer interaction to drive data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes autonomy, strategic thinking, and strong communication, with remote-friendly options and USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years Tableau development experience with maintaining or migrating models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using Claude Code or Cursor for coding, SQL, analysis, testing and research.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations for reporting.
• Experience with GitHub/Slack/JIRA for remote collaboration.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Identify and validate data sources for accurate insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Navigate ambiguity, set strategy, and communicate insights to senior leaders and product teams.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to varied audiences.
• Operate in a self-guided, strategic manner with urgency and ownership.
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail.
• Support teammates by taking on secondary tasks to ensure project success.
