AgileEngine, LLC. in Cartagena, Colombia, seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop dashboards and data visualizations, identify data sources, and ensure accuracy across data models. The role emphasizes SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI coding tools, with flexible, remote-friendly collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience and ability to optimize queries across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including migration or maintenance of models.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor) across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid grounding in data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure reliable insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
