AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

The role requires 5+ years of SQL development, 3+ years Tableau, Python, and experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor). Strong Excel/Sheets, data warehousing knowledge, and English are essential for success in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including maintaining models or migrating to Streamlit.
• Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research; willingness to learn is not sufficient.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models/calculations for accurate reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
