AgileEngine is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to build dashboards and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will work with cross‑functional groups, own data storytelling, and drive improvements across data warehouses and reporting models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years Tableau development experience.
• Proficient in Python development.
• Experience with AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for ad‑hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data pipelines.
• Ability to validate and maintain data models and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for reliable insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and provide strong service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for leaders and product teams.
• Communicate insights clearly to varied audiences and maintain urgency.
• Work autonomously, set strategy, and navigate ambiguity.
