AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. The role requires strong SQL, Tableau, Python experience, and hands-on AI tool use, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data warehousing concepts.

You will develop dashboards and engage with customers to gather requirements, driving data-driven decisions and ensuring high-quality analytics across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Prior hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
