AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations that support a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales automation initiatives.

You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing, work with EVO and Omnichannel Salesforce APIs, and contribute to AI SDR automation workflows using Java or Python in an Agile sprint environment. 4+ years of backend experience required.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience in Java or Python.
• REST API integration and webhook development.
• Salesforce platform development or API integration experience.
• Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead assignments).
• Support AI SDR automation including Ghost User setup and Calendly integration.
• Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase.
• Work within an agile sprint process with a JIRA backlog.
