AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations for a GTM data platform. You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing, integrate with Salesforce EVO/Omnichannel, and contribute to AI SDR automation using Java or Python in an Agile sprint.

The role requires 4+ years of backend experience with Salesforce or API integration, and English communication at an upper-intermediate level.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience.
• REST API integration and webhook development.
• Salesforce platform development or API integration experience.
• Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java/Python/microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead routing).
• Support AI SDR automation including Ghost User setup and Calendly integration.
• Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase.
• Work in an Agile sprint process with a JIRA backlog (GTMDR).
