AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations supporting a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales automation initiatives. You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing systems in an Agile sprint environment.

The role requires 4+ years of backend engineering experience with Salesforce platform development or API integration expertise, and upper-intermediate English.

Formación

• 4+ years in backend engineering with Java or Python.
• REST API integration and webhook development.
• Salesforce platform development or API integration experience.
• Experience with CRM automation and lead routing.
• Familiar with agile delivery and JIRA.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows.
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel).
• Support AI SDR automation workflows and lead routing.
• Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase.
• Work in an agile sprint process with a JIRA backlog.
