AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, REST APIs, and Salesforce integrations supporting a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales initiatives. You will develop Java or Python microservices and integrate with Salesforce APIs in an Agile sprint environment.

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience (Java OR Python).
• REST API integration and webhook development experience.
• Salesforce platform development OR API integration experience.
• Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead assignment rules).
• Support AI SDR automation — including Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, webhook-based lead routing.
• Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase.
• Work within an agile sprint process with a JIRA backlog (GTMDR project).
