AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations supporting a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales automation initiatives.

You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing systems using Java or Python in an Agile sprint environment, with 4+ years of backend experience and Salesforce API integration expertise.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Experience with Salesforce platform development OR API integration.
• REST API integration and webhook development.
• CRM automation and lead routing systems awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead assignment rules).
• Support AI SDR automation — including Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, webhook-based lead routing.
• Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase.
• Work within an agile sprint process with a JIRA-based backlog (GTMDR project).
