Job summary

Bluelight is looking for a senior DevOps/SRE professional to join our expanding team. You will design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure, ensure high-availability via multi-AZ deployments, and oversee secure, automated CI/CD pipelines across projects.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, maintain strong incident response practices, and push for continuous improvement with a security-first mindset and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, ALB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, S3).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Experience with Docker and ECS/Fargate for containerization/orchestration.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and rollback paths.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tooling (OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch).
• Experience with incident response, on-call rotations, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with SOC 2 audit evidence and client security reviews (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree required; strong ownership and client-focused mindset.
