Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps roles.
• Hands-on AWS (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, ALB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, S3).
• Experience operating Aurora/PostgreSQL in production with multi-AZ failover and replicas.
• IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Containerization with Docker and ECS/Fargate.
• CI/CD pipelines development and maintenance.
• Incident response, on-call rotations, and root-cause analysis.
• Security-first mindset; vulnerability scanning and hardening.
• SOC 2 audit evidence support.
• Overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Client-focused teamwork.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure DevOps pipelines.
• Maintain AWS infrastructure and production databases.
• Automate deployments and rollback plans.

• Prepare security documentation for audits.
